There are various academic resources across campus designed to support students in a variety of ways. These include, but are not limited to, Offices such as the Writing Center (Andrews Library), the Academic Resource Center (APEX), the Office of Academic Advising (APEX), the Math Center (Taylor Hall), the STEM Success Initiative, and departmental-specific supports. Students who have general advising questions or wish to explore a change of study should contact the Office of Academic Advising.

The Academic Resource Center offers a variety of academic support services, programs, and 1:1 meetings available to all students. Popular areas of support include time management techniques, class preparation tips and test taking strategies. In addition, the Academic Resource Center coordinates peer-tutoring for several academic departments and English Language Learning for non-native speakers. The Academic Resource Center also coordinates accommodations for students with diagnosed disabilities.

The Scots Career Hub brings all career development resources, content, opportunities and data together into one highly accessible and streamlined online space. Integrations with tools such as Handshake for jobs and events, Firsthand for mentors and Vault for industry guides brings content from previously disparate systems into a singular one-stop shop for all things career-oriented.
Experiential Learning at ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ÕŽòè¤ incorporates a range of activities including internships, volunteering, field experiences, job shadowing, alternative break trips, mentored consulting projects and collaborative research in our local community and around the world. Staff in APEX and across campus as well as faculty will work to guide you to experiential learning opportunities.
The Center for Entrepreneurship helps students across all majors acquire the knowledge, skills and tools necessary to develop entrepreneurial traits they can apply to their professional careers, graduate school, volunteer pursuits or their own ventures.
